About ten minutes exercise in the house, first thing in the morrning, five days out of every seven. Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, running up and down the stairs. 

Gets the ol&#039; motor running and after a year you&#039;ll look quite different; more muscular. You can keep to the regimen as you&#039;re doing it in your own home and you don&#039;t need fancy equipment.

One key thing is to take the weekend off. Exercise for its own sake is _boring_. You need respite.</description>
